FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES (US Only)
SOZO gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online and in store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued.
If you would like to exchange or repair your item, please fill out the exchange column on the provided packing slip and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement or repair your damaged goods free of charge.
Sozo will repair any of our product that we can. Repairs can be processed on our website, or brought to our store location.

Online and phone purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy.

If you wish to make any changes to your order please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please follow the instructions below to process a refund once your items have been received.
