EXCHANGES & RETURNS (US only)

If you would like to exchange your item, no return fee will be charged. Just fill out the exchange column on the provided packing slip and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement!

SOZO gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online in store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued.

Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.
